I stayed there on Easter Monday evening with my partner and 8 year old daughter. I booked it as we got one of the £15 rooms and what a bargain that was.
For breakfast we ate at the café in Tesco which was OK. I don't think that we would do that again. It was an inconvenience that we had to walk across a busy road for breakfast and would have been more convenient to have something on site. However it was £15 for the night. Speaking of the noise, due to the temperature we kept the window open, I can honestly say that I didn't hear the road at all and it was certainly busy on the Tuesday morning. A travelodge does what it say's on the tin. It is budget, no frills accommodation. Personally if it were more than £40 I would stay at a Premier Inn or a B & B. It's a clean bed and bathroom.
