“A must check out cenote!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2013

One of my favourite cenotes out of all the ones we did!! My husband learnt to dive in this cenote with 'Tulum Dive Shop' (totally recommend them!!).
It is a cheap entry fee of M$25 each and snorkel hire is worth it and also really cheap!!
Must check out!!

“Best beginners scuba dive cenote”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2013

Sadly there seems to be only one entry on tripadvisor.com for both the cenote and the restaurant by the same name. This review is about the cenote.

We went to Casa Cenote for the second part of my DSD because my wife could snorkel there and take pictures while the divemaster and me were diving.

The place is just amazing. Clear water, uncrowded and really huge. It's easy to get in and out with a tank, too, even if you're inexperienced like me. You can dive in different depths, under the mangroves and in a few beginner-save "tunnels".

It's an open cenote, so there's enough light even at depths of 8-9 meters.

“Average Cenote”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2013

We walked to this cenote from our hotel. Seemed kind of sketchy but it was cheap. There were others here that were scuba diving with some instructor. We paid $2 each for snorkeling gear that isn't sanitized and access to the cenote.

“Really Cool Adventure.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2013

We stayed at dreams tulum and walked about 2 miles up the beach to find the cenote. We rented snorkels and life jackets. Unless you are a strong swimmer, get a life jacket. It will make it easier to enjoy the beautiful underwater world below. We explored for over an hour, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. We saw tetras, angel fish, grouper and bass looking fish. Unfortunately we did not get to eat the restaraunt there, but we heard good looks from the staff at the resort. A very cheap less touristy adventure to consider if you are at dreams or in the surrounding area.
