We like this place. It’s quiet, Imelda is a sweetheart, and it’s like showing up at your mom’s and having her cook for you. It’s always fresh and cooked to order. It’s comfortable to sit in the shade, and people-watch everyone arrive for snorkeling. We ate there twice on this trip. I had chicken fajitas and an excellent chicken chile relleno with a killer sauce. My husband had fried pork and onions and beef fajitas. Everything comes with black beans, rice, and corn tortillas and is cooked and served quickly. It’s nothing fancy, but just good, inexpensive food.
