The view and atmosphere is nice but the food was not as great as I remember from my last visit 5 years ago. It is expensive, all items a la carte. This is a typical hotel spot that is probably better for a sunset than dinner.

We sent there for a great dining experience: wrong choice. This place is probably great for a nice lunch facing the ocean. Not for a stylish dinner. Food was ok, even nice. Nice Grilled octopus and yellowtail, crispy calamari rings, good Angus. But... Terrible lighting, depressing deco, champagne served hot, overpriced wines, clumsy if not unpleasant service. Only the bottom-line of the bill was indeed up to Four Seasons standards. Felt like we were stuck in the economy cabin, after buying a First Class ticket.

So surprised there are not more reviews for Bahia. We have been here many times, including, most recently, last night. The food is served simply--you have your choice of meats and fishess and some sauces (they will bring you all of the sauces if you can't decide). Never had a dish that wasn't cooked perfectly. The sauces are fabulous. Be forewarned that everything here is ala cart, so the prices can really add up. Also, the meat/fish portions, while not huge are large. For two adults last night, we ordered grilled avocados (to eat with the table bread), arugula salad, parmesan cheese fies, skirt steak, and dorado. It was way too much food. Wish our server had been more realistic. We could have easily omitted one or two starters/sides or, even better, vskipped one of the entrees. Service here is great and the setting--right on th sand--ideal. Just dont expect your server to tell you will have to walk away fom an abundance of food or, if your order like us be equipped for leftovers.

Had eaten at Bahia awhile ago. The food has been consistently good. However, the service has room for improvement. The Four Seasons, is and has been worthy of its 5 stars, but if I were you, I would give the St Regis a closer look.
