Ropi the owner is an artist in food and architecture. The gardens and rooms all have a tasteful appeal towards the aesthetic. The same can be said of the food. Best is the breakfast interesting sauces and tasteful presentation. Light and not over filling amount of food and priced very good. I always enjoyed this place, but if your in a hurry this is not your place at those times. Each meal is prepared and cooked individually. This means not a great deal is prep-ed ahead. So fresh wonderful flavor means a few more minutes but worth the wait. His enchiladas in poblano sauce is wonderful. Ash for some potatoes to go with it. You'll be happy you did.
Another thing is if the typical food in Mita is getting old have one of Ropi's delicious hamburgers.
