My granddaughters bday was a very special occasion, thanks to Lettie and her incredible staff! We had a table beachside facing the ocean. The staff at El Anclote is attentive, kind, and helpful and made the bday girl feel very special. Lettie brought our 12 year old a pretty little bouquet of roses and an orchid. Her request was for lobster, which was prepared perfectly. The rest of us had fish - the freshest around. Just lovely. We asked Lettie to pick up a cake at "Pie in the Sky", and it was perfect as well. A very pretty chocolate cake frosted in pink and white. Just perfect for our Princessa! This is without question, the best restaurant on the beach, for service, value, and incredible food!
