“Nice to walk through, and close to a nice downtown and other sites”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 8, 2013

St. Anne is an engaging little town. The church is spectacular, nice to see a recently built church on this scale -- go if you are passing through. If you do go, make sure you go downstairs to the sanctuary, it is easy to miss. The park in front and touristy centre ville next by the church combine for a pleasant stop. NOTE: if you are Catholic and/or especially interested in religious sites, for you this is a five star visit!

“beautiful church”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 7, 2013

Beautiful church. A must see while in Quebec City. A little off the beaten path, rent a car for the day. As nice as churches in Europe and I have seen both the Notre Dame in France and St. Paul in London. Amazing more people dont know about this attraction. Doors have been handtooled locally inQuebec City. Crutches and canes are at the front door. It is a place for miracles. I heard many more items are modestly stored in warehouses. One of the best attractions in Quebec City. I am shocked more people dont know that this church exists. A whole new church exists downstairs. What more can you want for free. Check out the gift shop outside and support the upkeep of this great attraction..

“An example of a grand church built in the 20th century architecture.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2013

You have probably seen Notre-Dame in Montreal and marvelled at the interior. Visit this grand church to see an example of 20th century architecture.

“A must see near Quebec City”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2013

If you are visiting Quebec City, Sainte Anne de Beaupre Basilica should be the one place you should make time to visit. It is one of the most beautiful and moving churches we have visited. And the fact that it is a place of miracles and healing makes it even more special.

“Spent the entire day here”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2013

We've seen many cathedrals in Europe and this one is just as beautiful. Many beautiful mosaics, wood carvings and stained glass. The art is gorgeous. Spend some time here.
We also rented the audio tour. It was well worth the price (about $5).
