I stayed in this motel with my two sisters back in late September of 2006. I thought the motel was very nice for a reasonable price. I believe we paid around $70 Canadian and, after finding poorer accommodations in Cape Breton for much, much more, we were extremely pleased. The room we had was spacious and the bathroom clean. We never saw the cottages nor did we utilize the pool (too late in the season for us). It was close to the Anne attractions and we were pleased that it was across from the cemetery (we visited L.M.M. grave prior to leaving).

Our suite was a 2 bedroom -2 bathroom self contained unit with
everything you could ever ask for right down to a corkscrew and electric can opener!
There is an onsite outdoor pool and whrlpool hot tub that was always being thoroughly enjoyed.
it is about a 10 minute walk to the seaside of bright red sand and white sand dunes-beautiful !!
A less than 5 minute drive gets you to an amusement park,Green gable attractions and a wax museum!
The place was thoroughly cleaned daily with fresh towels being left and staff were friendly and helpful.
It was never mentioned that right across the street is a cemetery which,by the way is the burial site for the author of Anne of Green Gables,Lucy Maud Montgomery.
