Vaughan Mills has almost all of the popular Canadian, US, and international chain stores, such as, Costa Blanca, the Gap, and Mexx. It only has one level, so it's convenient to get around, particularly for people with small children. We took the free shopping shuttle bus from Union Station in Downtown Toronto. I think it runs from May to late summer and offers a tax rebate for foreign tourists.
Now, the reason we went there was because we'd heard that it contained outlets of all the popular stores. Well, the prices are almost the same as downtown during clearance sales and a lot of the items were regularly priced. If you're used to outlet stores in the States where you can buy a designer shirt for $10-20, you won't find the same here. The best deals in the mall are:
Holt Renfrew outlet: still expensive, but a shirt that costs $800 downtown, is $200 here.
Reebok: these days it's hard to find their products at major sporting chains. Here, the prices are about the same as you would pay for their products at Walmart or Zellers. I bought running shoes for $45 and jogging shorts for $5. Also, great selection of summer outdoor footwear.
