My son's graduation ceremony was capped by an idealic luncheon at the Ancaster Mill. Despite the gloomy outside, the glass-walled restaurant was bright and the waterfall spectacular.
2 salad starters and 2 soups all exceeded expectations, as did the 3 lamb mains. My asparagus risotto should have been called "onion risotto".
for desert we chose the upside-down rhubarb cake...YUM
good wine, attentive staff amd VIP NHL hockey player eating at next table! all made for a memeorable lunch.
Best of all...the sun came out for picture taking afterwards.
