“Best pub in New Glasgow for some beer and grub”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2014

This place has an old Irish pub feel to it. Cramped old dining room furniture with soccer pictures all over the walls. Beer was cold and the food was hot. We went at lunch time on a Friday and it took a while to get our meals as expected anywhere on a Friday lunch. The manager or owner seem nice, she thanked everyone in our party for coming to her restaurant. I have been here a few times and will continue to go back. The food here is pretty good. No complaints from any of my visits.

“a great little Irish pub with good food and spirits”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 25, 2014

This pub is one of the best. The owners, Carmel and Wayne are "hands on" and have created an atmosphere similar to a typical Irish pub serving good ale/beer and great pub food. Actually the food is a cut above most pub offerings. The friendly servers are efficient and helpful. Seafood chowder, pan fried haddock are favorites but their is much more to choose from on their menu.

“Amazing place!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 18, 2014

This is a true Irish Pub atmosphere! The servers, which has been there for so many years, are very, very nice. Great selection of beer. I fully recommend this place for eating as well, their clam chowder is excellent!

“Great Neighbourhood Pub”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 16, 2014

The Dock is a friendly place to meet friends and enjoy good food. Staff remember your names(if you go frequently)and service is great. Chowder is very good and fish and chips with spicy fries can't be beat.
