When Lynn, from Lynn's Craft Shop (which is also worth a visit) suggested the Main Street, which she said had "good pasta," we decided to give it a try for dinner on recent stay in Ingonish. Little did we realize what was in store -- one of best meals we've ever had anywhere, anytime. A bottle of Jost (a Nova Scotia winery, try it) and a bowl of mussels got our supper off to a solid start, but it was the mains that really blew us away. We ordered two specials (both under $20), mine was a half lobster, filled with scallop/crab chunks. That sat on top of angel hair pasta that had chunks of lobster, crab, shrimp and baby clams in it. All of this was surround about 15 more mussels (tomato broth). My wife also had a pasta special -- one loaded with more goodies from the local waters, and tasty sausage pieces. This chef/owner knows his stuff!!!!!!
