Artisan Inn is comfort and style. And what a location! You are greeted by the warm welcome of Tineke and her staff and they introduce you to this lovely location. It was not a problem to be travelling with older folks as the amenities are well adapted to their needs. The rooms are very nicely appointed, beds very comfortable and furnishings attractive. Meals are next door as the Inn also has a restaurant in the Twine Loft serving imaginative breakfasts, hearty lunches and tasty dinners which would put to shame some pretentious restaurants in larger centres. The food is well prepared, tasty and varied. The wine list offers a selection well suited to the cuisine. The service is attentive and the room charming with fresh flowers on the tables, candles and the soft sound of the ocean. I wish I could have stayed longer than 3 days as there is much to do in Trinity, from sea kayaking to attending a play. But above all the kindness of the owner makes you want to go back.

A very charming Inn in a beautiful little town. The Inn was right on the water, we had beautiful views, breakfast was served in the twine loft and the food was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. Trinity is a dream come true for a photographer. The views and the architecure are a delight.

The Artisan Inn and Twine Loft is in one of the most beautiful places I have stayed. Accommodations are top notch, crisp and well-equipped. I would love to return with family and stay for a week!

My most magical memory is of dining in the Twine Loft. Apparently this restored loft that is on the water in Fisher Cove, was used in years gone by as a place where fishermen restored their nets. With its renovations, great care was taken to retain the ambience of that time.

We walked in at 6 pm for dinner with the setting sun sparkling on the water and the sound of the ocean knocking under the floor greeting us. As it darkened the unassuming wax candles in each window inspired further magic.

Sometimes words fail to fully tell a story. I experienced magic and I encourage you to visit Trinity too. Make sure you stay at the Artisan Inn and enjoy a meal (or more) and a performance in the Twine Loft.

In September 2005 14 Toronto women travelled to Trinity to celebrate 20 years of friendship. On the personal recommendation of one of our collegues we stayed at the Artisan Inn in Trinity and we could not have had a more rewarding experience. The Artisan Inn is owned and operated by Tineke Gow and we became Tineke's girls. The town is charming, the scenery is breathtaking, the activities are varied and the people just don't get any better. We were treated unbelievably well in all regards. The accommodations were quaint, clean and varying, the food delicious and much better than anticipated, we were entertained by accomplished local musicians, actors, seamen and artisans all within a short walk of the Inn. To enable us to explore on foot, by boat or car, we were provided with lunches "to go", maps and suggestions of where to go and what to see. It was fantastic and we enjoyed everything we saw and were anxious for dinner to share our discoveries......The food at the Inn was excellent and they offer a good selection of wines.....A memorable trip which we would love to do again! Highly recommended....
