We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. Although the resort is nice, the cleaning was pretty well non existent and the wifi (lobby only) worked only a few hours out of the entire stay. When I checked in I was told I would be charged an extra breakfast charge ($12) for my 11 year old. I said I didn't want the breakfast and he told me it was a mandatory charge and it was the same regardless if it was a child or adult. We were with the disabled skiers group. The breakfast was identical all 5 mornings - great fruit, gloppy oatmeal, boiled eggs and horrendous bulk buy muffins.
We arrived to an extremely dusty tv and console - I should have ran! Over the stay the staff didn't voluntarily vacuum our room once, nor did they wipe any surfaces outside the bathroom.
The first day I complained, as the staff had replenished the towels etc, but carefully stepped over about 30 pine needles on the white bathroom floor. I asked them to come back up and vacuum and wipe the table surfaces (not touched). When I arrived back in my room, someone had stuck a vacuum in the bathroom door, not vacuumed the carpet at all, and again not touched the surfaces.
When I closed the bathroom door, there was a swath of pine needles left by the tub. I called again and the supervisor and cleaner came. I stood by and pointed out all the debris, they cleaned it.
The next two days, again, the surfaces and vacuuming was not done. The third day I complained, waited an hour, called again, and then stood and watched them clean it.
At the beginning of the stay I complained about the bedding not being changed despite it being noticeably soiled. They informed me that they change it every three days. Did not offer to change it.
As I came to work while my kids skied, the lack of wifi was a huge issue. I spoke with the front staff many times a day as I tried to access their wifi and never did they seem concerned or surprised that it wasn't working. Usually they suggested I stand by the windows and access the wifi from the hotel next door. Seriously? Didn't work anyway.
I would never return here.
