We've returned to Apple D'Or 3 times and every time fall in love with it a little more... The house is truly a masterpiece, with a fantastic location in the heart of the Naramata bench- surrounded by lake, rolling green hills and wineries. The garden is spectacular, and everything is meticulously maintained.

Regardless of which room you choose, you'll have a beautiful patio and with seating, views and a bbq. The kitchens are fabulously equipped, so shopping at the local farmers market and making yourself a nice meal is a great option- although there are many fantastic restaurants nearby.

Colin and Holly are wonderful and I would highly recommend Apple D'Or. It is worth every penny- you won't be disappointed!!

Room Tip: All are fantastic, you can't go wrong!!

Fantastic getaway, my husband and Irecently spent a great weekend at the Apple d’or Guest House located in Naramata, BC. Normally I’m not inclined to share about our personal time nor do I favour staying at traditional type B&B’s. Apple d’or is more like a boutique inn with accommodations that are well appointed, furnished with antiques, great linens and room to move around. There are so many things that make this a special stay especially if you value privacy. My favorite, was the gourmet breakfast delivered to your door (or there is an option of the dining room for those who prefer) coffee piping hot in a thermos while you sit in your comfy white robe and not worry about getting dressed for breakfast! All the guest rooms are orientated to provide you with relaxing views of well kept and colorful gardens. The location of this guest house is perfect for visiting local Naramata bench wineries and then winding down your day with a chilled Pino Gris while watching the sun set from your patio or by the pool. There are numerous great restaurants nearby or you can always spend Saturday morning at the Penticton farmers market and find yourself with the perfect home grown arugula, local cheeses and artisan bread to create your own gourmet dinner. It was hard to pull away from this ideal spot of relaxation, but we managed to check out numerous wineries, a local cheese shop, walk on the Kettle Valley trail and a game of golf! Thank you to the owners, Holly and Colin for creating this ideal get away and making all the touches picture perfect!

This was my third stay in the last five years and I have never been disappointed. The rooms (there are three 6-700 sq' ones to choose from) are roomy, well appointed and come fully equipped including tv -internet - large king size beds - seperate breakfast nooks and large sitting areas. They are extremely quiet and afford one privacy and a good nights sleep
All rooms have private decks that allow easy access to a large outdoor space that has both grass and stone seating areas for reading and relaxing as well as lovely outdoor hot tub and swimming pool areas.
I prefer saunas and I took advantage of the beautifull wood panelled cedar one down the hall from my room for all three nights.
The breakfasts are excellent and it's easy to find something from a selection of fresh friuts - yogurts - home made breads and scones and eggs most of which are made in house by the proprioters or sourced locally in the Okanagan

My husband and I spent a few days here after our wedding. It was the perfect place to unwind, enjoy a luxurious experience but still be near great wineries and many delicious restaurants. The service and breakfasts were outstanding. The pool is secluded and has a great view. The sauna is comfortable and clean. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. All-in-all a wonderful experience.

My husband and I have travelling to Naramata since moving to B.C. 5 years ago.
We are in love with the area and now are in love with Apple D'Or.
Everything about this Property is exceptional.
The landscaping ,the breakfast, the pool area, the tranquillity and the awesome hosts along with the beautiful design and decor make this a first class Resort!
We have already booked for next year for 2 weekends.
Thank you for such a great vacation getaway!

We stayed at Apple d'Or the week before the Penticton Gran Fondo. What a find! This is a beautiful guest house. Gorgeous rooms, tasteful decorating, marvellous details, comfortable beds, privacy and a beautiful patio. Every room is a gem. Holly and Colin and their staff made us feel right a home but, unlike B&B's (which I really don't like) it was not as if we were in their home. Instead, we had rooms nicely demised from Holly and Colin's space so at no time did we feel like we were intruding on someone else's living space. We did some terrific bike rides from the property, visited some wineries, hung out on the patio and enjoyed a couple of BBQ's dinners that we were pleased to prepare ourselves. And by the way, breakfasts were fantastic served on a deck overlooking the lake and the vineyards below. Do not miss this place. We will be back again as soon as we can make the trip.

My wife and I decided to head to BC wine country for a minimoon right after our wedding. (We are heading to Europe in September) After staying the first night across the lake we found the Apple d'or on Tripadvisor. What a find!! This made our trip. The host's were amazing the property was stunning and the breakfast was out of this world.

I would stay here again in a heart beat this place will not disappoint. It is a little pricy but it is high end so you get every dollar in value that you pay for. It is such a big house (7,200 square feet) you feel like you have it to your self. We used the sauna (With cold water dump when you get out..Awesome!!) We drank wine until 2:00am sitting in the hot tub it felt like we had the entire valley to ourselves. The linens and bedding were of extremely high quality and the breakfast's...WOW! One morning we had fresh squeezed OJ, home made coffee, Fresh Bagels, with smoked salmon, capers and cream cheese. I would go back just for this!!!
