“Not too bad. Probably the best choice in Cache Creek.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2013

Excellent hosts; they are eager to please. Rooms are well decorated. WiFi is excellent. More modern than most motels. A bit noisy as the freeway is right beside. You can also hear people walking around in the rooms next door. The bedding was dirty with stains; especially the comforter. Both the bedding and the room had an odor. The room was slightly dirty as well but not too bad. The rooms were non-smoking which we really appreciated. There is also a pool in the back. Dissapointed that we didn't get the free breakfast though. Better than the Dessert Inn down the road.

Room Tip: WiFi is best in the middle. Ask for room in the back as it may be quieter. The room we had in the fr...

When I read the reviews on the Internet about this motel I was sure I wanted to stay there. It looked great. My mistake when I simply signed the credit card chit and then I looked at the room. We got a room that was liveable- but barely. The entrance room held a cot and had less than acceptable appeal to it. There was a small bedroom - again, no great shakes, a tiny kitchenette, and a tiny bathroom with no counter. We stayed but weren't too happy. Seeing other rooms the next day, they seemed better than the one we were in so perhaps that explains the better reviews. The Internet promotion for this hotel gives a WAY better impression of the motel that what we experienced. There had to be better motels in the area. All are right on the main highway, although the many trucks and construction didn't seem to be too noisy in the nighttime. The woman who rented our room to us was Korean. She was very nice but could not speak English well at all- only a few words. Her daughter was not available at the time we signed in. I don't want to harm their ability to make a living, I simply want people to realize the motel is not as nice as advertised.

Based entirely on reviews from TripAdvisor we stayed here on a recent motorcycle trip. Following another bikers lead I pulled my bike up right next to the door, which hid it from the highway. The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was clean and included pretty fast wi-fi (2.5M/600k) in room 9. Other reviews state that you need the backside to be in a quiet space. We were in the front and didn't notice any noise.

We were passing through Cache on a motorcycle trip and came in just before a down pour. The front desk staff was very helpful and the room although older was clean and good value. I would stay here again.

Definitely a family friendly motel with pool, trampoline and swing. Owners were welcoming to all. Rooms were clean and staff were extremely helpful. Generous breakfast and a personal touch. Great small town find.

I was a little hesitant when we pulled up. However, the owners were so gracious. They have just taken over and are working to make this a solid place to stay. I loved the bed and the pillows. sheets were clean. We were late getting there and I'm sure they were waiting on us. We checked in quickly, we were brought fresh fruit and then dried fruit and nuts later. Room 14 had weak Internet and they bought in the wireless router right in to the room. In the morning they offered to help me clean my bike from the bugs. Get the rooms at the back as they are quiet. Liquor store right next door and good pizza at Anies bakery and pizza.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back are quieter as it is right on the highway. Room 14 has the weakest Internet. Rooms...

Lovely owners, so helpful. Rooms are clean and cutely decorated with a microwave, fridge and a/c. For a motel that costs $75(excl tax)/night for double occupancy I would definitely recommend. Free WiFi. Pool. No breakfast. Only downside is the very early 10am check out - but I'm sure that can be flexible. Great little place if you're just looking for a comfortable place to lay your head for a night or two.

Also to note is that you have to call them to book (you can't book online) but they answered their phone on the first call and were so helpful. None of the other motels in the area answered their phones!
