Was promised a 75% chance of seeing a bear by the local information center (apparently it was 85% the previous week). It was the end of season, early October, so we were expecting the possibility of not seeing anything. Sure rightly all we saw was a single bald eagle perched on the highest branches and that was it. We would have been fine with this along with the boat ride, but the tour guide lacked. any professionalism. He ran off quickly leading us to a waterfall, leaving our group behind. He did not say much at the very end when we failed to see anything. He wore headphones the entire time and really didn't "guide" or explain much. If the price was around $30-40 I would have been happy with the experience, but feel very cheated and duped by the high price tag. Either save your money or go in June. Don't waste your time on this Sept or Oct.
Oh, and the men's washroom was out of order so we were told to all use the women's one
