“Great food and beer!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 3, 2013

Ate here twice in one weekend. Had the walleye and the Dakota burger, excellent food! Service was great! The micro beer was very good!

“Only three beers on tap”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2013

The beer was pretty average (at best). Sorry SRB. The bar maid was well inked, very friendly, giving me samples of the local brew. I ordered a Leinies (Chippewa Falls, WI.)

“Simple friendly place with good food and drink”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 19, 2013

So this is not the most upscale place. If you are looking to be pampered this isn't your destination and your destination is probably not in Minot. If you are looking for a good selection of locally brewed micros and decent bare fare to match then this is your destination. I believe they had 7-8 brews on tap and there were a number of others on the menu that weren't currently on tap. It appears that they rotate the taps to provide more variety.

It is probably worth noting that they did offer some vegetarian options. I tried the sweet potato burger which I found pretty decent. I'm not a vegetarian but I hadn't seen that before so I gave it a shot.

In the end the food and the beer were about average (I don't mean that in a bad way) and the staff was very friendly. I'd eat here every day before I step foot in Applebee's or any other chain restaurant.

“Great place, great beer”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2013

This is great place downtown and a nice break from all those chain restaurants. They make some nice craft beer with 6 or 7 to choose from. The menu is limited--we had burgers when we went. The service was good and the place was clean.

“Brewery?”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 15, 2013

I found the beers at this micro-brewery to be average. Their brown ale was average and my brother could found his ale to be way too hoopy.
Aside from a selection of burgers the menu was slim and cooks need to learn how to make fries.
