We went there with our teenage daughter at the end of September, end of season. The weather though was good and I was hoping we could have some lazy hours by the pool. What surprised me at first was the receptionist, who was not so welcoming, more like surly. We just asked where the pool was and what the weather had been like, whether it was still possible to swim in the sea. "I am not a meteorologist," was her answer. Anyway, the room was good, there were not so many guests and it was quite nice to be almost by ourselves near the pool. However, it was not possible to swim in either the indoor or outdoor pool - the water was too cold /at least for me/.
I can't complain about the food - there was plenty of it and a lot of variety. Also, it was quite good and fresh. The drinks were OK. We liked the fact that there was icecream in the afternoon and some other sweets.
The room was very clean facing the sea and the pool, but it wasn't very noisy in the evenings.
Apart from the receptionist, the other members of staff were quite helpful and nice. All in all, we had a nice time, did a lot of shopping and relaxed as much as we could.
