Stayed in a two bedroom appartment which had - two bathrooms (one was en-suite); small kitchen area; lounge with tv; balcony. There was air conditioning in the bedrooms. The apartment was very clean and quite spacious. Room service every day. Change of linen and towels every 4 days. The hotel bar was very reasonable and the food was good. Situated between Sunny Beach centre and Nessebar. The beach wasn't far away - the sea is calm and warm!

Nessebar and Old Nessebar were well worth a visit. Sunny Beach centre is like Ibiza at night, with plenty of attractions. There's Indian and Chineese restaurants nearby, but overall the food is very good wherever you go.

Our day out at the Aqua Park was very enjoyable. The trip to Blue Mountain was quite tiring and the heat was hard work. I would not recommend going to the Flea Market/Bourgas shopping trip as both were very disappointing.

The staff were friendly enough when you got to know them, otherwise they can appear quite indifferent.

Beware - my son (aged 12) accidentally smashed one of the poolside lights (when playing ball) and we were charged 117 lev! The cleaners take an itinary of everything in the rooms and you will be charged for any breakages. Quite a few people had ear infections from the pools.

We booked bulgaria because it wasn't the euro and they were good flight times. It was the best holiday we have ever been on and are pricing it up for next year!

There was plenty of sunbeds, air con was free, staff in the hotel were friendly, everything was great!
Whilst we were there however there was a powercut for 2 days because a storm and knocked a pilon over in the mountains and our electric was the last to come on. the repp was very helpful and orginised for us to change hotels and wrote a letter explaing what went on.

the only fault was that you are quite far away from the centre of sunny beach but it was okay because there was a little train running that cost 3 leve each which is like £1.20.

Went on the off road adventure, it was a fun day out but not worth the money. there was 7 quad bikes, 2 rifles, 2 bow and arrows and 2 hourses between 54 people, and the woman in charge was not very plesant at all!

If you go to the beach, the men who hire the jet skiis out are very good with agreeing a price with you so i would recommend you go there!

The bar man "nick" who is on at night is one of the most nicest person you couild ever meet! the barman "george" through the day is also great!

The only let down for me personally was the food every where we went. i recommend djannis in sunny beach!

have been to sunny beach may times but not to this hotel. walked into the apartment and went wow. large living area 3 balconies and two shower rooms one on suite.also had full kitchenette facilities, could not fault this and the cleanliness.we went half board and myself and partner enjoyed all the food.the kids who are 15,16 and 9 mostly ate chips and pizza but this is a normal occurence anyway so they were happy.staff very nice it goes both ways if you talk to them they will speak away.i came home with a lovely table mat from one of the staff and a very large cuddle from her as well, you only get back what you give in the first place.
location very good you could walk either into sunnybeach or nessebar, alternatively there was plenty of public transport outside and up a little bit from the hotel at only 1 levi.
plenty of sunbeds around the pool.the adults on there own tended to go to the smaller pool at the back of the hotel and us with the kids stayed at the front with the kids.usually we head to the beach which is across the road and down a small bit but we enjoyed the pool that much that we stayed there most of the time
we met some wonderful people and became firm friends for the whole 2 weeks from the first day there,at one point all 18 of us went into sunnybeach for a meal and karaoke on the second last night.
would definetly recommed this hotel and talk to the people who work there they are really nice maybe just not as forward as some of us might be and their english is not great but they do try.

1st time in sunny beach and the last wont be going back again, went for 2 weeks with family of 10, and wanted to come home after 5 days.appartments were very good clean and tidy, pool area nice then you get the staff, very arrogant people dont make you feel welcome at all unless your german or russian, food disgusting if you like sushi order chicken skewer because the chicken is raw, ended up eating pasta carbonara all holiday,.also they try adding things on your bill what you havent ordered also check your change because they are very good at short changing you.dont leave your towels for long because the germans remove your towels and take your loungers.the management only take notice if your bulgarian, russian or german,we was not allowed to play ball in or around the pool, jump in or splash.everywhere we went the food was horrible, well there was 1 good one billy bistro in the town but then again the town was full of rubbish and same again they were all arrogant.me and my husband had just returned home from the gambia and can say we wished we had gone back there were your made to feel welcome and the people are lovelly.we have been to many places and enjoyed them all but we can honestly say what a waste of money we had spent on bulgaria and will not be going back at all even if we were offered it for free.HELEN AND SHAUN - HULL.

we stayed a week SC at RV and we wished we had booked two it was our first time in bulgaria and we are sold sunny beach is great in the day there is as much sun sand shopping that you can handle and the nightlife has something for everyone if you fancy a quiet pint and a steak and chips try john smiths pub cross the street as you leave RV headding to the right walk to the end of the path look left you cant miss it there will be a hospital to your right a large beer will cost around 80p and a steak and chips about £8 and were not talking weatherspoons here you get a proper piece of meat . Right then if its action you want then SB can be compared with ibiza to get into the center of SB is simple cross the street this time heading to the left follow the path to the bus stop about 100m jump on the blue bus youll know it when see it its very popular its 1lev to ride no matter were you goin a bus condutor will take your money and give you a ticket the bus takes about five to ten mins to get to the center its three or four stop but just keep looking to the right and you will see the all the bars and hundreds of people head to the corner bar for some cocktails youll love it and you cant mis it it has massive statues of naked women on the walls i think they could have been maremaids and after if you fancy busting a move or throwing some serious shapes head to REVOLUTION 5lev B4 mindnight get your hand stamped and come and go as you please the taxis will want 20lev to take you back to RV offer 12lev one of them will take you. I hope this helps you and see you in sept im coming back, ps RV is very good cleanest pool ive ever seen.

We went back to Bulgaria to see how it had changed since we last went there, 15 years ago. My, how it has changed! Sunny Beach has changed beyond recognition, very busy at night, much as I would imagine Ibiza would be.
The apartments are well placed between Sunny Beach and Nessebur, a good walk either way, but you can catch the bus for 1 lev or the little Ninky Nonk train for 3 lev. Our apartment was on the road side with a view of the sea but very noisy with all the traffic, but this did not really worry us as we are 'people watchers'. It was much larger than I imagined it would be, the beds were comfortable, the bathroom always kept clean with a large shower. The kichen had all you would need to make a meal but we didn't bother as there are local places you can go to for breakfast and then we went further afield for lunch and evening meal. I would recommend the Mexico Bar and Restaurant. This is across the road from the apartments, turn left and go about 300 yards. In the evening there is a guy outside who is the image of the self portrait by Vincent Van Gogh and we ended up calling him 'Vincent' for the whole of the holiday. The staff inside are so friendly, especially Bobi, and it is all done with a smile no matter how busy they are.
They are like nurses, they always seem to be on duty!
The pools were kept vey clean with workmen wiping down the sunbeds every morning. The only complaint I would have is that the sunbeds need mattresses on them as they can get quite uncomfortable after a while. We never had any trouble getting beds but I think it was probably quieter than normal as it was after the half term.
All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and spent less than £450 over the week for all our food and drinks which were plenty! The food is a lot better than people imagine, I am a fussy eater and always found something to like.
