As far as Super 8's go, it's about average. I agree that it could use a facelift. But the room seemed clean enough and the desk clerks were friendly, especially Kevin (pretty sure that was his name) in the morning who helped us locate a store we were looking for and with directions to the mall (not too far away). Because it was dark when we arrived, and I didn't want to drive any more, we wanted to walk to a restaurant. The only one nearby was at the Ramada, which was fine. Other than that, it feels a bit isolated at this motel. With the bitterly cold wind of November, you don't want to have to walk too far. Our room was quiet until about midnight, when it sounded like two or three guys checked in next door and talked too loudly. The breakfast was meagre: coffee, orange juice, english muffins, cereal, pastries--in a very small seating area. In short, the place is OK for one night. Next time, I'd plan ahead and look at other options. I paid $63 plus tax.
