“Always a pleasant Outing At Granite City”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

We go mainly in the summer when it's possible to sit outside. There are a lot of tasty options on the menu and the portions are generous. The beer selection is impressive. It's a pretty safe bet that you will enjoy your evening at Granite City.

“Overall, good. But they messed with the "Duke!"”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

I usually get the Chicken Caesar salad, which is very good. I also love their cheese soup. What I don't love is that they changed the "Duke" India Pale Ale to a Pale Ale. The Pale Ale isn't as good, and the new beer they made to replace the Duke IPA isn't that great (can't remember the name). We didn't think there was much of a finish to either of the ones we tried. Why mess with what works? The Duke IPA was the reason we went there; we will probably reconsider and head downtown or over to JL Beers for a real IPA.
