The place is beautiful but I came to eat. We ordered saganaki and gyros. The saganaki was burnt and the waitress tried to explain that it was suppose to be that way. It was black burnt, not slightly over done. She was pleasant as she replaced the order. The gyro was forgettable. The waitress was very sweet after the mishap and made sure the rest of the dinner was OK. However, there is no compensation for good food and there was no good food in sight.
Garlic cheese bread was the only good thing on the table. We won't be back.

Dear not so great.. In reading your other reviews I can see you are a bit unhappy with most of your dining experiences. That is a shame because making you happy seems like its impossible. That aside please let me first apologize that we did not meet your expectations. I am the owner and was at Santa Lucia on the date you are writing your review on. I had seen the saganaki flambee come back after you said it was burnt, we remade it immediately, and then you ate it all. This is the reason we felt you should pay for it. You ask for compensation? We are not sure why? Next you say our gyros are forgettable? This is news to me.. You ate the whole sandwich? I don't quite understand your complaint? We pride ourselves and work hard to WOW our customers, this is a shocking review to be honest... We even go to the extent of making our own Tzatziki from scratch! Nobody here in Fargo can claim this. Our gyros are served to hundreds of people across the USA and have won us awards, again I sincerely do apologize we did not meet your expectations and hope you do come in again when in Fargo, and please do ask for me....I would love to share a glass of wine with you and talk in person
