We have been to the Village Tavern in Alpharetta, GA about 7-8 times in the last year as we were making trips to Georgia looking for a house. We have friends that have recently moved to Winston Salem and mentioned as we were visiting them that their new favorite restaurant was the Village Tavern in the Reynolda complex. I didn't know at the time it was the same as our favorite in Alpharetta. Our friends took us out sightseeing, and we went to the Village Tavern for lunch. It is much smaller, but very cute, the wait staff is very friendly and they have the same great food. Three of us had soup and salad which was delicious and the 4th member of our party had pizza with spinach and we all had plate envy at that point. Everything was terrific and we will be going to the Village Tavern in Alpharetta again this weekend.
