The menu selections were good, and the quality was acceptable. Of the various selections we chose, the Tuna patty sandwich, which the restaurant considers to be a signature dish, was actually rather bland. The best taste for it was the Hawaiian bread roll; but the fish itself was tasteless. The suggested wasabe sauce was not a good compliment. The fried green tomatoes were also bland. The sweet potato fries, on the other hand, were excellent. The steak was good. The atmosphere is as good as it can be, I guess, for being in what is basically a nondescript building. The wait staff was very friendly and efficient. Lighting was perfect. Sound travel was good - conducive to conversation. Wilson does not have many very good restaurants - Jac's is one of the better ones. Needs improvement, but well worth the visit.
