“Funky and fun!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2012

The food and service were great, and the wall and furniture art makes it fun. We shared an Oyster Sampler (oyster rock/oyster imperial) and each had a seafood special. We were there on a Sunday for an early dinner.... no wait...seemed like mostly locals. I would recommend this restaurant, especially in favor of some of the more touristy places down on the water.

“Great food!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2012

We found this little place through Trip Advisor and the reviews were right! Restaurant is a
funky little oyster bar tucked in downtown Wilmington. The service was great and the food was very fresh. We ordered the Southwest Stuffed Flounder (a special) and steamed shrimp. Both were very good! Not much seating but no one waited very long for a table. Definitely worth a try!

“Casual but tasty”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2012 via mobile

Decided to try this place on a Friday night. No trouble getting a table at 6 pm for 5. They don't take reservations btw. Food was good and the servers are very friendly and attentive. The seafood is good, not the best but possibly the best at that particular price range. Would definitely recommend it and we will go back !

“Fresh seafood”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 3, 2012

Me and my wife ate here on a Sunday evening. I had the shrimp and crabb legs and my wife had a special of stuffed flounder with a southwestern sauce. My crabb legs were good, nothing special. The shrimp was very good. The sides with my meal wasabi ear of corn and some potatoes. The corn was a bit dry and cold. The potatoes were ok. About half of them were cooked really well and the other half were slightly undercooked. My wife's special was fantastic! It had a spicy cream sauce that didn't hit you until right at the end. She said the mixed vegetables and rice were very good. I would rate it good especially based on the flounder that was excellent.

“Great food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 25, 2012 via mobile

We had the steamed seafood platter for two and it was delicious with mussels clams crab legs mud bugs shrimp corn and potatoes. The only item we didn't like was the steamed calamari with Thai ginger sauce. It was a nice break from fried food
