Thank you for your helpful feedback! Wow! I followed up with our desk staff to review procedure at check in to find out how this could happen and make certain that it does not happen again. We have researched, explored and corrected all issues that could allow such a clerical error of great magnitude and consequence. We also had a new staff member at our breakfast bar the weekend you were here for the wedding. Thanks to your response we placed her back with a shaddow for additonal training.Especially on how to better serve large groups and the importance of family and shared meal time restocking. Thanks so much for your assistance in our on going mission for better service. Thanks so much for staying with us!

Thank you for your honest feedback and taking the time to write such a helpful review. We are definitely designed for business travel success as well as a moderate upper scale leisure traveler. Our housekeeping staff appreciates your positive comments. They work very hard to maintain our strict standards. We are currently in the process of replacing all the tub caulking. It tends to be an ongoing project in any coastal area hotel. Our breakfast is ever changing with new and many assorted items with healthy options to provide something for everyone's diet requirements. We are very grateful that you noticed the value. Thank you for giving us the opportunity serve you!
