Thanks for your review.We truly care about your comfort at our property. Wyndham implemented triple sheeting a few years ago so the duvet is covered between two sheets for plush comfort. We appreciate your choice to stay with us. We are always in search of new ways to improve our property and your input is very important to us. “A Happy Thanksgiving”

Overall, we had a very nice stay in Wilmington, NC this Thanksgiving. The first room was clean and nice, however, the sink was totally clogged. The front desk moved us quickly to another room. The second room was very nice as well and the bed very comfortable, however, the light as you entered the room would not turn off and had to be removed.
The ladies at the front desk were very helpful and pleasant. We also enjoyed the breakfest.

I am so glad you told us about the clog and the light so we were able to improve our maintenance and correct the issues right away. “Enjoyed my stay but”

Have enjoyed staying at this hotel but my last two stays I have notice the cleanliness is going down. Mold in the bathrooms, dirty socks over looked by cleaning staff. Then a small leak as it rained.
Satff are pleasant and helpful. Hate to see things go down hill.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property and I am glad to hear you enjoyed so many of our amenities. However, I am sorry you did not enjoy our complimentary full hot breakfast. Our management makes every effort to provide the largest variety of choices (yogurt and fresh fruit to bacon and homemade waffles) and facilitate them in a timely manner to accommodate all of our guests’ needs. Again, thank you for your feedback; our guests’ feedback is what helps us deliver a better product.
