“Showboat!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 26, 2013

Awesome does not begin to describe this tour. I wonder what she felt like on the high seas? Great experience for children and landlubbers and anyone interested in the US Navy.

“Historic battleship”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2013

The battleship is a great adventure, even if you've toured it before. The nooks and crannies are readily available for viewing. Adults can enjoy the history and the kids can climb on many things and "pretend." My grandsons liked the deck better than below decks. During the summer, remember there is no air conditioning and mid day you're in for a sweaty experience. It's well worth the trip though.

“A Must See”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2013

This is a great tour for adults and children, who are age 8 and up. There are plenty of nooks and crannies for children to explore. Depending your rate of discovery, allow 2 hours at least. The heat of the summer can be pretty oppressive. Stay away from July and August tours of the Battleship.

“Seeing history as its best”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2013

Had an amazing time touring the Battleship. We learned so much and it took you back in time.
To be able to see how sailors had to live back in the day is a real eye opener... Anyone who does not see the ship at least once is missing a great day out. You really don't want to tour it on a very very hot day or a rainy day..

“Guys love this”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 25, 2013 via mobile

After the mansions and shopping, this is a great break for all the guys in tow. Be sure to look for the alligator who protects the ship.
