My wife and I stayed here in order to visit the Smoky Mountains and the attractions near Asheville. The hotel is in a safe/somewhat secluded area from general access (and 1 way in and out of the property), which I think makes the property a little less prone to crime.
The rooms were very clean and everything worked properly. Our room had a safe, fridge, and microwave. The free wi-fi was fast enough. Breakfast wasn't spectacular, but they had pretty much something for everyone (waffles, cereal, pastries, coffee, juice, etc.).
The price of the room was very reasonable, and the view from the hotel is amazing (it is located on a hill with nice views of the mountains). A couple of drawbacks: no fitness center and no laundry facility on site. Definitely would stay here again!
