“Doesn't look like that from the outside”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2012

We had the one Bock, with an Blonde beer, white pizza, large size pepperoni and the fresh greens. The extra items was little on the high side. Over all the pizza was great!. The crust was very good, more greens would be great on it. The beer was great and the staff was very helpful in our choice. The lady that took our order clean her hands alot with hand soap, that made us happy. This place doesn't look like a pizza and brewey from the outside, but the inside taste great.

“Mixed feelings!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed August 20, 2012 via mobile

Where to start? Well with the pizza. The final product was good. We ordered a tomato-based pizza with lots of veggies but no onions. The waitress came out after a while and said they messed up our order and made a white pizza instead of a tomato-based pizza. But they would sell us That pizza for the same price as the one we ordered. We did not want a white pizza and I was not going to pay the same price for a product we didn't order. They did go back and make us a new pizza. But when delivered it had onions which we did not order. We ate it anyway not bothered too much by the onions. The pizza was actually pretty good. The beer. The beer was one of the worst beer selections I have ever seen in a microbrew. the taste of their beers was not good at all. We settled upon one but was not really happy with it. This is not a place I am sure I will return. Service was not great and they did nothing to help us with their mistake. They messed up and try to get us to pay for their mistake. Not good service.

“Loved the pizza, beer, and casual atmosphere for families”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 5, 2012

The non-descript "The Pizza Shop" sign doesn't hint at how good this place is! We really liked the crust and all the ingredients on our spinach artichoke pizza. If We enjoyed both of the beers we tried a lot. The server was super friendly, and I would crave the good food again.

“Dry crust”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 28, 2012

This pizza had the driest crust we have ever had. And very little tomato sauce on top made it even drier. Not Italian-style pizza at all. Were there on a Saturday night and it was fairly busy but not full. Guy making the food also handled money at the register! No atmosphere really, just plain and casual. Seemed like the locals knew each other and they patronize here. Expensive--$22.50 for just a large pizza with one topping, taxes, and tip with no beverages.
