I have eaten here a few times before. Today I took 14 senior adults from church there and The Pines folks took great care of us. The food was really good and very big portions. Wait staff was very attentive to our every need. We absolutely WILL be going back in the future.

Huge servings of delicious home cooking for a great price. Friendly service. We will definitely return. Just stumbled upon this restaurant when our favorite (Brown's Restaurant) was closed one Sunday during our vacation. Could not believe that a small town like Sparta has not one, but two great restaurants. We're from No. Virginia and have never found another restaurant in our area to compare.
Friendly staff, large menu, enjoyable fish entree, hushpuppies, okra, breads. Enjoyed the
pleasant service. Near the Virginia state line. Would put this on my schedule again. Such
an enjoyable alternative to fast food.
