“Orchard Inn - amazing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 22, 2013

Thank you to the owners and staff of the Orchard Inn in Saluda, NC. Great atmosphere, great staff, helpful at any moment. Love the view, very relaxing and accomodating.

We didn't eat dinner but we did have breakfast, servers were awesome. Johnny on the spot!!!! Food was great, we had french toast with rasberries on top and some granola/yogurt. Everything was perfect, very tentative to all our needs.

The Inn itself had some shopping, which was nice for souveniers, etc.

We met family members and stayed in the Laurel Cottage. It was the perfect place to get reacquainted and relax with family. The adults loved the screened in porch and the sunny eating nook. The kids loved the loft and all of the board games and puzzles that were in the cottage. The area is so quiet and relaxing. We appreciated the beautiful scenery as we ate our delicious breakfast each morning. The hosts were attentive and always making sure our needs were met. Our cottage was very clean with lots of towels and pillows to make us comfortable.

My wife & I were passing through the area at the end of March and found this wonderful inn by chance. What a unexpected gem of a B&B! Charming and accommodating hosts, excellent amenities, and superb breakfast & staff. We loved the views & touring the surrounding area. One of the boxers just couldn't get enough of playing fetch while we explored the trails around the property. Would recommend this delightful property to anyone coming this way.

My fiancé and I visited in March and absolutely enjoyed our stay! The entire Inn is charming ranging from their rooms and cottages all the way to the basement "man cave" with a flat screen TV and pool table. The food was the biggest highlight during our stay. The dinner was equal to any dinner you may receive at a Forbes/Michelin stars restaurant...and the full breakfast each morning was much the same (included in the rate of course)!
Great views, hospitable owners, and an amazing epicurean experience make this Inn a world-class establishment worthy of many more visits from us...Thank you Orchard Inn!
Also, if all towns could be like Saluda, the world would not be such a mess!

Everything was excellent, no complaints.
We were there with several friends, including a family with 2 children. Marc and Marianne and their staff were very friendly and provided us with excellent service.
The two boxer dogs and we must not forget the cat Newman were great company also :-)
we intend on returning as soon as can.
The views from our bedroom windows were beautiful and the sunrise was stunning.

Went here for our babymoon this past weekend. The attention to detail, environment, experience, everything is perfect. Can't recommend it enough.

Every meal and drink we had was flawless, and every employee was fully attentive to every request we had. Can't wait to go back.

We spent our wedding anniversary at the Orchard Inn and could not have picked a better spot. The inn sits atop a mountain with beautiful views to the east and south. The sunrise out of the window of our cozy bedroom was spectacular! Marc and Marianne make everyone feel right at home and Marianne's meals are to die for! Whether you are coming for a night or a week, you will love The Orchard Inn.
