We just ate at POC and have mixed reviews. The view is lovely, but the chairs are miserable uncOmfortable aluminum yard chairs. The waitress was friendly, but a couple who are apparently the new owners were sitting on a sofa watching television an talking to their waitresses about the customers etc... The conversations were loud and lead to a weird atmosphere. The bread basket was fine and they have a full bar. The food was interesting. The scallops were obviously high quality scallops, but they were incredibly overcooked, to the tough and chewy point. The shrimp were so tough that it was hard to stick your fork in them. With that being said, we would try them again, but real seafood lovers (locals) should ask for lightly broiled. The asparagus however was crisp and yummy. The rice tasted like a box mix, yuck. I think this place has potential, but keep the conversations and couch lounging in private and don't cook the food to death.
