First night, we ate the chicken with hollandaise sauce. It was great although it took a while to arrive. This was ok as we were entertained with a film on Wallaroo.
Returned over a week later as we had just come back on the ferry. I suspect the kitchen was short staffed as everyone was complaining about the meal delay. We waited an hour and a half and the "hollandaise sauce" this time was grilled cheese instead.
If there was a staff shortage, it would have been better to inform the customers and only provide a limited menu that the chef/cook could handle.
