“Memory Lane”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 15, 2014

Bee Gee lane at Redcliffe is well worth visiting if you once enjoyed the music of this group. A concise and informative wall, complete with an excellent array of photos, which helps you relive their rise to fame and recall all those half forgotten , catchy song fragments that are still playing somewhere in your head!

“Journey down the Bee Gees way!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 28, 2014

Nice area, well respected and a music knowledge check for those of were around and forgotten or grow-up with parents who played the Bee Gees and now kids like the music. I was amazed with the different generations visiting the area, having photos taken and reading The Bee Gees journey through life! They were fashion and music icons for people brought up in the 60/70s.

“Excellent visit down memory lane”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 27, 2014

However, Disappointed that there was no songs/music from each relevant era as you walk through the band's wonderful history down the laneway. eg, starting from the earlier days with earlier songs and gradually going through to the saturday night fever section and later would make this excellent exhibition just a little better and give it more life.

Its appropriate to have the BeeGee way in Redcliffe, they grew up here & have lots of happy memories, also they started their career here. They have good memories of Redcliffe. When Barry came to open the BeeGee Way, he said he personally picked all the photos, he laid them all on his lounge room floor & chose his favourites. It is a great collection that Bee Gee fans can relate to, which will also revive memories of our own life when each song was a hit. Many occasions can be related to certain songs, BeeGees are in many of them. Its a great tribute to them, the location is such that you can take your time to look at the photos & stories at your own pace with no pressure to hurry through. There are many cafes & restaurants in Redcliffe with indoor & outdoor dining & being opposite the seafront, take a walk on the Pier or a stoll along the waterfront. There is a lagoon & playground close by you can enjoy a swim & fun while you are there.
