“My home away from home.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2014

All up I have stayed here for a total that would equate to a few months, my first stay was not too long after the extreme QLD floods, both in a studio style and a 1 bedroom apartment. Every stay has always been extremely enjoyable, relaxing and consistent from housekeeping all the way up to management. I have never used the pool, although it does look enticing, I am not a swimmer (especially in Ipswich). Every girl in reception was always welcoming and attentive each and every stay, nothing is ever a bother to them. I managed to lock my key in my room not only once, but twice which resulted in me calling the emergency number and getting the on site manager who let me back into my room both times around 4am, never once did it seem I inconvenienced her, she would laugh it off and then return back to her room. If you are in Ipswich or are passing through Queensland and don't wont to stay in bustling Brisbane, Quest Ipswich is a must stay premise.

Room Tip: Opt for a 1 bedroom or above in order to receive a balcony.

What a nice hotel, I had the pleasure of attending a meeting held at your hotel 30 May - 2 June. The reception staff were very friendly, and extremely helpful.
The rooms were very roomy, with excellent facilities.

The usual Quest apartments. But i didn't like about this was the architecture of the building. There are flights of steps everywhere in the building to get to your room - imagine lugging your stuff up those stairs without the availability of lifts ! Secondly, not much around the area. Have to drive out into town So location was poor. Car park spaces are a tight squeeze.
It's disappointing that there's no gym either.
Men who's had a few to drink made the carpark a hangout every night. You could hear them from my room.

One good point is the property is new.

Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay. Quest Ipswich does not have a restaurant on site however we do offer a chargeback arrangement with a range of local restaurants (some within walking distance) where you can dine out and charge the meal back to your room account. We are proud to support local businesses and offer our guests a variety of dining options. On site parking is complimentary as most people drive out to Ipswich from Brisbane and space size is typically not a problem as we can fit various buses and trucks in our car park. Limestone Park is across the road from Quest Ipswich offering running/walking tracks and outdoor equipment and we assist guests with their luggage or offer a ground floor apartment if mobility is an issue. Our friendly reception team are always on hand to assist with any problems, queries and suggestions on the local area.

I was on business trip to Wacol, located between Brisbane and Ipswich and I stayed in Quest Ipswich. This service apartment is stategically located, just 5 mins drive to downtown Ipswich. The property looks new, very clean, and provides complete amenities (fridge, stove, microwave, washing machine & dryer). The staffs were nice and helpful. The only downside is the city itself, not the hotel, being a small town there is not many thing you can do. However, should someone happens to visit Ipswich, I believe Quest Ipswich is the best you can get.

Stayed one night in a studio. Very comfortable and quiet. Good to have kitchen facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely need a car if you stay here. Poppy's Cafe is a few doors away. Serves breakfast etc and is apparently good although we didn't eat there. Would definitely stay again.

Wow where to begin?
Quest Ipswich is without doubt the most comfortable, fresh, clean, friendly home away from home we've experienced for years.
The disabled accommodation is 100% up to the disabled requirements - so delightful when many we've seen seem to think a plastic chair and extra towel rail in the bathroom are adequate.
The kitchen, fridge, stove and all cupboards were as with the rest of the unit immaculately clean and for the first time ever we didn't feel we needed to re-wash the crockery & cutlery before use.
The bed is super, comfortable, and bedding (again with the entire unit) is wonderfully fresh and clean.
After spending a couple of days around RBH and the frenetic traffic of the city we both unwound and thoroughly relaxed and enjoyed family who visited us there. The visiting girls were even permitted to swim, so thank you again Kalyshia you have made two young friends for life.
Through us extending our stay unfortunately Michael was 'locked out' without a PIN number very early on the Sunday morning but even this was treated with light hearted courtesy from the Manager .... Thank you :)

To anyone tossing around 'will we wont we' about a few days at the Quest Ipswich, we say DO IT! Our only complaint was we'd have loved a few more days there both to look around your beautiful City, and to enjoy the Quest's hospitality, and we plan another trip as soon as we can.

Thank you all the staff, from cleaners, groundsman/pool cleaner through to office staff & management ..... You made our few days stay so pleasant at without doubt the best accommodation around this area and far beyond.

Stayed November 2013
