“How to Ruin a good day”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2013

After a great day relaxing in and around Tin Can Bay we happened upon Snappers and thought, "This looks nice for dinner". We sat down with only 3 other tables. They took their time to take our order of drinks let alone food. After 10mins we got the waitress' attention and ordered simple Grilled fish and Steak dishes. 45MINS LATER 2 new tables of people are served and meals delivered with us waiting. I ask when we can expect our meals, 10 more mins pass and we get a "Sorry the Chief burnt your steak, we are making a new one". We are offered a free softdrink as an apology. 1hr 10mins after we order we get our meals and the steak in LEATHER! I literately could not cut it with a steak knife. DO NOT EAT HERE! The music was a selection of 90s Dance music played too loud and ruined any atmosphere the location may have AND the Head waitress was extremely rude throughout to top it off. I left without eating dinner at all!

“Cute little chill out place!”

Simple, inexpensive and great fresh selection of seafood, non seafood, meat and salads. Sat on a balcony looking out on the ocean.

“Gone downhill”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed December 10, 2012 via mobile

Returned to restaurant with friends for 3rd visit after 2 previously great visits. Cosmetically has had an overhaul and looks great however food not as good. Appears to serve cheaper 'pub food' with poor presentation. Very disappointed.

“Top food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed August 4, 2012

Excellent food in a marvellous location, right by the marina. The mains were exquisite, we have not eaten better steaks in a very long time. The desserts were amazing mmmmm delicious. Will definitely go again.

“Well worth trying”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 9, 2012

The meal I had was excellent, it was light but satisfying. The flavour of the sauce was just right for the dish. You will not be disappointed if you eat at Snappers
