After reading the positive reviews I decided to give it a go for my wife's birthday. we couldn't get a table till 7.30 but the chef, Carlos, who answered the phone, explained that if we arrived any earlier the wait would be unacceptable as they like to give good quick service. We arrived at 7.20 and was offered a table upstairs which we accepted. We shared the bruschetta which was delightful, unfortunately the most popular meal the Lamb Shoulder was sold out so we ordered the veal and the prawns which were exceptional. The unexpected highlight of the evening was the cheese platter. It had strawberry and balsamic puree and dipping honey with walnuts and pistachios which complemented the cheeses. It was very different but extremely enjoyable. The service was great, the food fabulous and the wine reasonably priced. They had only been open five weeks when we were there and the place was packed. I would say once the work gets around the Redlands that you will certainly have to book well in advance. Next time we go we will book but also pre-order the slow cooked lamb shoulder, so we don't miss out
