Territory Manor is a clean, cheap and cheerful place. It is budget accommodation and doesn't have any pretense at being more.

That said, the motel accommodation was clean, the beer cold, the water hot and the bed comfortable.

The staff at this family-run establishment are all friendly and helpful.

The park has a spa bath, a pool, and a laundry on site, and wallabies and peacocks roam freely through the extensive grounds.

For a bit of fun, you can watch the barramundi feeding, which takes place twice a day.

We stayed 3 nights in a caravan site. The sites were okay, some had grass and others were dirt but they were generally flat and neat. Only minor problem was determining the borders of the sites. The amenities were basic but clean.
The restaurant is great, the Barra fresh and tasty. It has a family feel and the food is honest and tasty.
There are roaming peacocks and wallabies that kids will love, and the Barra feeding display is a must see.
Best thing is that there are only a few bats and they hardly interfere unlike another nearby park which unfortunately has been overrun.
The pool is quite good too and it's close to Bitter Springs.
A good honest park overall.

Comfortable caravan park amenities and surroundings. Positioned near to Bitter Springs. Hired pool noodles from the caravan park for our afternoon at Bitter Springs. Dined at the caravan park restaurant and had the best beer battered barramundi and chips ever. Reasonably priced too! Even got to feed the pet barramundi in the dam!

We spent one night here on our way home to Darwin. After five weeks of camping in a tent, we opted for the 'luxury' of a motel room. The room was simple but very comfortable, clean and very reasonably priced. The camping areas, communal areas and gardens were really well maintained and provided a sense of relaxation. We ate dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the best grilled barra we have ever tasted. We will definitely return.

If your looking for somewhere quiet & comfortable stay here. We stayed in our Bus/Mobile home on a lovely grass site, most sites are nice & grassy keeping the dust down. The camp spots are cheap & facilities are clean & and the staff are freindly. We went for tea at the restaurant & once again it was a great feed. We ordered Barra which is caught local, surprisingly after living 26 years in the Territory, it was the best Barra I have had out at a restaurant, juicy & tasty. If your up that way, I would recommend staying there overnight & eating at the restaurant.

This is a bungalo motel/caravan park/tent sleeping property.
I thought it was set up very well to accomodate all of the above. There was a separate area for cooking for caravan and tent folks that had a covered area for bbq that included a fridge. Looked handyif you were camping at the property. I believe they had a shower for these folks also.
We stayed in one of the cottages which was adequate in size, as was the bathroom and nice and clean. Air conditioner worked well, as it needed to while we were there.
Pleanty of wallabies in the back lawn to look at.
Nice bar and buffet area that is open to the surroundings. Food and drinks not exceptional, but very good and filling.
Staff very accomodating.

Room Tip: looks like all the cabins should be good
