The first thing I should mention is that we stayed here for 2 nights and my husband and I were accompanied by our 10 month old son. The hotel itself was lovely, in a quiet location right on the beach. We had a large room with a spa bath which my husband purposely booked because we needed a bath for the baby. Service overall was poor with little attention paid to detail and a lack of professionalism from the (very) young staff. The reception desk was constantly unattended and it was difficult to find someone to help us with out needs. Inside the room itself, the king sized bed was hard and I slept poorly both nights. We had to sit ourselves at a table and then source and set up a high chair for the baby by ourselves. This was repeated the next morning at breakfast. The rooms are up a curved staircase which was a nightmare to get our suitcase and the baby's pram up and down.
There were aspects of our stay which was nice such as the proximity to the beach and quiet and secluded environment. Unfortunately, our stay was not a pleasant one because of the other negatives. If you do decide to stay here, I implore you to do yourself a favour and NOT eat at the hotel bistro!
