This hotel was cheap so to be honest you got what you paid for.
We were a hen do of 11 people and it cost us £26.00 per person per night all inclusive. I didn’t expect the hotel to be a 5 star you just get what you pay for.
Food was ok, queuing for drinks was a pain on a night time, but ok through the day.
Entertainment well I never saw any when I was there!.
I would say the hotel is not for elderly or families with young kids, but for hen/stag etc was ok.
The beach is about 10mins walk away and is a really nice beach.
The staff were a little rude, but it didn’t bother us that much as we just laughed at them which probably made them more annoyed.

Just got back from a weeks holiday at hotel GERMAN and i can honestly say i have never seen anything like it! i travelled with my partner and two young children and after a mamouth walk up the hill which you have to climb to get to the hotel we were given a room on the fourth floor after i had requested ground floor with having two small children, the door to the balcony did not lock and was easily opened by our three year old, after dumping our cases we carried our 9month old son's pushchair down the numurous flights of stairs as the lift only went so far down to see what the hotel had to offer!! for the full week we were there the only entertainment they had on was bingo which was a waste of time as the entertainer if thats what you could call her kept dropping the balls, then we had kareoke which i have to admit was the best night there, and the third and final bit of entertainment was a quizz! which was run not by the entertainer may i add as she had gone home ill, but by a guest we met whilst there his name is craig for anyboby who was there. with no entertainment you turn to the drink if you manage to get 1 that is, the queues at the bar are like the sales in next!! but if your german it's not a proplem as you can just push in or stand with your hundreds of noisey friends, so after no entertainment and no drink you think i'll go for an early night right? NO CHANCE!! if the germans dont sleep you dont sleep simple as that they party all night long with no regard for anyboby else they have free rain of the hotel they smoke were it says in big german letters NO SMOKING! they eat first while all other english guest wait untill 8:30 and dont queue full stop! i wouldnt recomend this hotel to anybody unless you are german!

We booked this hotel for my hen weekend. We got dropped off at the top of the road by an extreamly rude spanish coach driver who really couldn't be asked to explain where the hotel was, just adios. After finally arriving at ther hotel main doors, even to find the receiption desk was flipping hard work, not good if you have push chairs or slightly of an older age (sorry not being rude) it must have been a nightmare. Dropped case and went to pool bar (start as you mean to go on and all that) 1 drink each, the queue was a joke for anyone one on all inclusive, if you were paying cash you would be served straight away.I have never experienced anything like this ever. I think they hoped you would get naffed off and leave. Hotel restuarant was even worse, the staff were really rude. We were on the last sitting for lunch and dinner and by the time we got there, there was not much left, another que for a drink with your meal. Rooms very basic, even blow drying your hair took forever because the electric kept tripping. Ive never written review in my life but felt that I had to on this ocassion. I would not recommend this hotel if my life depended on it. Whoever rated this hotel as a 3 star needs to be sacked. Thankfully we has a fantastic time out of the hotel (great nightlife and people we met) If you do deciede to book just use as a base camp and dont go all inclusive, as you will be spending most of your holiday in a queue. Please note i'm not a moaner, we were all looking for an easy time, but just wasn't allowed at this hotel.

stayed for 1 week, with my 2 grandchildren, and it was an absolute nightmare, steps everywhere, making it difficult with the pushchair, there was a childrens play area consisting of one rusty old see saw and a slide, which was based at the top of the hotel. queing for drinks was ridiculous, only 1 drink per person,you waited at least 15 minutes to get served, and on top of that the ignorent noisy german students pushed in, and got away with it,Tthere was about 300 germans there, who had no respect for anybody, banging doors, loud music etc.Food was ok, but not a lot of choice, and you had to go to the resteraunt at set times. entertainment was a joke, if you were lucky it started at 10pm and finished at 11pm, we had bingo 1 night, karaoke, and flemenco dancers, there was no entertainment at all for children, the excuse was they were short staffed. i wouldnt recomend this hotel at all, there were people trying to get early fights home.
