From when the coach dropped us off until it collected us we had the best time.
The hotel staff were most friendly and the entertainment team were great.
The hotel was spotless and service was all round superb.
I'd recommend it to anyone

The hotel is lovely the rooms are really big clean and spaceious, the food is good, the pool area is outstanding, the only fault with the rooms are the walls are paper thin and you can here everything. One of the main reasons i booked to go to this hotel was i read the reveiws on this site and was told the entertainment was brill but it was the complete oppersit if you want to watch old spanish people dancing to a man on a keyboard only singing spanish songs then go. Me and my boyfriend went but if i had of had kids i would of been very dissapointed there was a game of darts and bingo on the afternoon around the pool area thats the daytime entertainment then a kids disco for half an hour every night i have spoke to people who went to this hotel last year and said the entertainment was excellent but they have change all the entertainers to spanish only, apart from the entertainment the holiday was great there is loads of shops about 2 minute walk form the hotel thats brill,also i did not fly back till 5am sunday morning and we had to be out of our rooms 10am saturday morning you can pay to keep your room on for 50 euro but you only get to keep it on till 6pm so you still have got to be without a room for at least 8 hours thats a rip off, also the beech is only about 5 minute walk from hotel overall the holiday was good, oh and use buses because taxi is really really exspensive. Just returned from a weeks holiday in Lloret de mar, stayed in the Costa Encantada and it was everything and more that the previous reviews had said. The staff were friendly and helpful, there was a great sense of friendship and team work among the staff, which I think helped to create a good atmosphere in the hotel. There was plenty to keep you entertained during the day, there were four entertainment staff that work tirelessly from nine in the morning until twelve at night keeping the adults entertained. Aswell as that there was two childrens entertainers that ran kids club. There was entertainment every night, disco from six until nine thirty for the children and from nine thirty until twelve midnight there was live music for the adults. The cleaniness of the hotel speaks for its self, the food was excellent.
It is really deserving of four stars, you wouldn't be disapointed if you booked this hotel.

Have just returned from a week at the Costa Encantada and was very pleased with the accommodation. We had a two bedroom apartment, the only minus was that it overlooked the car park at the rear, but other than the nightly visit by local dustmen, was quite quiet. The apartments are very spacious with two double bedrroms, (twin beds), large lounge and nice size kitchen which included fidge/freezer, electric kettle and toaster. Lots of storage space. In fact I would say it was larger than most two bedroom flats being built nowadays.
Staff on reception are extremely helpful and go out of their way to solve problems. When a really loud group moved into an adjacent apartment, they responded very quickly to our complaints about the noise.
The facilities are really good and kept immaculate.
The only issues we had was that when we stayed the apartments were full of elderly Spaniards, so all the entertainment was geared to them ie keyboard player and Spanish singer every night.
Lloret is not a place we would normally go to but out of season it was fine, certainly wouln't recommend it at the height of the season unless your into nightclubbing and bars.
