Got a room after reading good reviews; it's not bad, but it's not great. The owner is welcoming and nice, only speaks Italian, but trying to be helpful. The location is not perfect, in a neighbourhood that is central, but just not very attractive. It's still a 10-15 mins walk to the bus station or the main attractions. The B&B is on the second floor of an apartment building, with narrow and steep stairs, a bit smelly. It was a not a problem for us, but definitely something to consider for families with children and people with reduced mobility.
The room was ok, clean, but looked a bit old; it was not comfortable to sit and read, but good for sleeping. Couldn't see the TV because of one of the bed posters (not too relevant, as everything is in Italian); there was a nice terrace, but I think it's shared with another room and it's easy to walk from one room to another. Breakfast was nice, the owner was sweet and made coffee herself, she also gave us bottled water and a map.
There is no internet at the B&B and I am not sure about parking, as it is residents only zone, I wouldn't count on actually finding a spot even if the lady has a permit. If you need food, there is a local supermarket just minutes away, which is nice.
