“Brand New Beautiful Hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 18, 2013

I stayed at this hotel in April for three nights while on a business trip in Raleigh. The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The cookies and brownies at the front desk were a welcomed sight after flying all day. The modern decor was just beautiful. From the lighting to the couches, everything was top of the line. The bedding was elegant and extremely comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the clock radio also had a sound machine that made sleep very restful. Oh, and let's not forget the huge walk in glass shower. The hotel is convenient to the major roads and only a block from Crabtree Mall. I will definitely stay here again and recommend this Hampton to others.

Room Tip: If you don't want a tub, request a king room with the large shower.

This hotel opened January 2013 and still looked new. We stayed for a girl's weekend and were very pleased. The entrance is modern decor with a USEABLE common area filled with couches, computer bars with hook ups, and booths. Free breakfast (self serve waffles, fresh fruit, muffin, toast, cereal, english muffins, hot oatmeal with toppings, yogurt, juice machine, tea, and coffee. The rooms were very clean and they pride themselves with there clean linens. Granite counter tops in bathroom and all room table tops. Ultra thin flat screen approximately 42". Amazing hair dryer, nothing like most hotel hair dryers. Free toothbrush at the front desk in case you forgot one! Very friendly night staff. Only complaint was there wasn't a bar or restaurant.

The conference that invited me to speak chose this hotel for me. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Beautiful inside, very trendy, modern furnishings. Front desk staff were always smiling and helpful and there were usually two and sometimes three ready to help. Hotel provides a shuttle (small radius) to nearby mall, restaurants, bookstores which was great since I didn't have rental car. Lovely outdoor veranda where I worked on my presentations. Very happy with my experience.

I am in Raleigh to visit family for a few days and found this awesome place to stay. First of all, when I arrived, I was greeted by a tray of freshly baked cookies and brownies at the reception desk which, after my flight was a welcome site. I was told that the hotel had been recently renovated and to my delight was tastefully done. My room came with a very comfortable king size bed. The glass enclosed walk in shower was perfect. Galaxy-Black granite in the bathrooms, table tops lobby counters gave this hotel a very rich appearance. The included breakfast of bacon, ham, eggs, cereal (hot and cold), yogurts, breads, fruit and more was enough to stuff anyone. The pool and gym are very clean with plenty of towels. Not only was their free internet in the rooms but an internet station as well near the lobby. They also have a small store with all kinds of munchies just in case you get hungry in the middle of the night. I really appreciated the friendly service throughout the facility. As a great bonus, the hotel is located about a block from a very large shopping mall with an awesome sushi restaurant. I will definitely stay here when I return to the area. To the owners and staff of this hotel...GREAT JOB!!!

Stayed here for one evening recently to attend a concert at PNC Arena...hotel was bright/new and welcoming. Staff was friendly from check in to check out. Everything was clean and nice. Hotel was quick access to major highways in Raleigh. I know this is a new hotel, but this location is great and the staff is superb...so I think once the newness wears off a little, the hotel will still be grand because of the staff and the location.

Stayed at the Hampton Crabtree Vally with a large group of high school students in town for a musical competition. Very nice, very comfortable, very good breakfast, have nothing to complain about. Like a lot of places in the Cary, NC area, this hotel is brand new and everything is clean, working, and a pleasure. About the only thing I could find that was negative is that there are only two elevators and they are a little slow.

Our family LOVES a new hotel, so the Hampton Inn & Suites at Crabtree was no disappointment! It is a beautiful facility and has that awesome smell of clean and new! Our purpose for visiting Raleigh was to attend a hockey game and eat/shop at Crabtree Valley, so the location of this facility was wonderful. Check in was handled by friendly staff members, our request of an upper level room was honored, and the room and additional areas of the hotel did not disappoint...The only area that could use improvement was the breakfast. Our family did not go down to eat until about 10 AM, and the selection and cleanliness of the area definitely had the mark of a lot of traffic through the area that morning. It didn't spoil our stay by any means, but it didn't meet the standard to which we typically experience when we stay at other Hamptons. All in all, we had a great experience and would recommend this facility to others.

Room Tip: The room was very quiet even though we were told the hotel was sold out for the night, so it must be...
