sometimes I wonder how they survive when there is an authentic Vietnamese soup kitchen across the street. Over the past year or so, we've tried a number of meals. Spring rolls are average, they tend to just make them with noodles, lettuce and shrimp (not traditonal but if reminded, they weil make them correctly). BBQ pork, honestly, it's pretty good. They make short cuts but it's still good. Soups that we've tried (beef, chicken) the broth is weak, and it lacks the bean spouts, basil and the other goodies.
