Owner description: Marbles Kids Museum is a hands-on, interactive destination that inspires children to be creative thinkers, active learners and confident individuals in today's world. With five galleries and two outdoor escapes, there is no shortage of activity for kids birth to 12 and their families. The campus also features the Wachovia IMAX Theatre at Marbles Kids Museum. “Perfect field trip”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 24, 2013

I loved everything. I went with my son's kindergarten class and had a great time. I had previously taken my children individually but even with a group it was wonderful. The museum is definitely for the younger age set (age 8 would be the max I would take) bigger children would have a hard time staying interested. As a mom of 7 only my younger two would enjoy everything. Pack a lunch and enjoy eating outside. Also bring a backpack that you can wear for a place to put art projects. Children should wear socks for some activities and if you have very young children pack a dry outfit in the car for those that get excited during water play!

“INTERACTIVE LEARNING whilst having fun! Great place :)”

JUST LOVED it! I am working with a child on the autistic spectrum and I could find so many places to generalise therapy in a fun and interactive way! There were activities for every learning need!

“So much to do here!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 21, 2013

Excellent place to bring kids who are 10 and under! But make sure to allow lots of time....there is a lot to do here with dozens of hands on fun like paintin, "sewing clothes", building birdhouses, creating music.....and then there are activities like building out of giant blocks (favorite with my kids)....playing hockey or basketball....JUST CALL AHEAD TO MAKE SURE THERE ARE NOT A LOT OF CAMP PROGRAMS ATTENDING THAT DAY

Go early and drink a red bull on the way! This place has a ton to do! Easy parking, only $5, and relatively clean - A+

“Good Family Value”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 11, 2013

First of all the price is fair - $5. Second of all there is a lot to keep the kids busy for quite some time including games, art, multiple levels, rooms for exploring and so forth. It has a decent coffee shop with sandwiches that looked OK. If there is a downside it can get crowded and like all kids museums it is well, beat up and dirty. I would not bring a crawly baby for fear it might get stomped or sick. Also my 5th grader has outgrown it.
