This is only directed at Miss Angel. Her husband and worker had nothing to do with my bad experience. I came in the shop today to bring my son and his girlfriend along with their 4 year old. The worker was very helpful and even gave the 4 year a cookie. The place looked and smelled wonderful.
I found a certain piece of cake I wanted and has I knew the piece I wanted was in center and to get it I had to buy the one beside it. and the worker told me I was right and the husband knew which piece I wanted.
Not till I got home did I find out that I was not given the two pieces that I ask for. Miss Angel came out to the front and got the cake pan and said to cut it in the back . I didn't think anything about checking my order. Paid $7 to get that one piece I wanted.
I called up to the store and her husband said to come in the morning and he would fix the misunderstanding.
Here is the Rude part: Miss Angel calls me back and ask if I was the person that just called her store. I explain to her about why I called. Well she told me that she was the one who had cut my cake pieces. and that if she gave me the pieces I wanted it would make her cake bad. so she personal cut me two pieces of cake and sold them to me knowing that I did not want them. Nor did she explain that to me in the store. Cutting cake and selling the wrong pieces just to make money is not customer service.
I will be filling a formal business complain.
