First, I have to say I do love the food here but, when I went to Pomodoro's last night to eat with my family that was in from out of town I was appalled at the way things went. It was a Saturday night so of course they were busy and my mom and step dad arrived before the rest of us did, so they went and told them our names so that we would have a table. They were told the wait time was thirty to thirty-five minutes. We were completely okay with that. So we came in and sat and waited to be called. After about thirty minutes we began to see that the eight or nine other families that were waiting, some that had arrived after us, were being seated. Eventually after an hour and five minutes of waiting we decided to leave. My mom went and told them we were leaving and the lady just gave a little laugh and said, "Oh, there was a private party, haha". We didn't get a sorry or any reason that we should stay. She didn't really care, and I understand that us leaving didn't affect their profit for that night, but I will never go back. We should have been told that we were going to have to wait longer so we weren't sitting there starving. I was just disappointed with the service and how we were treated after we were the only people left waiting.
