We haven't eaten at Carrbbas in a couple of years. It used to be our "go to" spot when our kids were teens. We needed a fairly quick, but good weeknight dinner and it was a good decision. The six of us were quickly seated and given a variety of menus; the regular menu, the specials menu and then a menu with the Monday specials. My only complaint is that they only give one specials menu per table of six! The Monday specials ended up being quite a deal. It was a smaller portion of a regular menu item along with a smaller portion of an appetizer or dessert and a soup or salad. It ended up being plenty of food and was only $12,$15 or $18 depending upon your entree. I got the Chicken Bryan. It was very good, but very rich. I should have gotten the salmon as my daughter did. Everything was prepared well and we enjoyed our evening.
